GRACE HSIA HABERL, MS.E.
CEO and Co-Founder
Grace Hsia Haberl, Ms.E. is the CEO and co-founder at Warmilu, a non-electric infant warming incubator manufacturing company; Lecturer II and Programs Co-Lead at the Center for Entrepreneurship in the University of Michigan College of Engineering; and director of the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Program (AMMP) Accelerator at the MTEC SmartZone.
Today, Warmilu is warming over 11,000 infants annually born to 106 hospitals based in 23 countries with customers including VIA Global Health, KEMRI, Rotary Club, Doctors Without Borders, and more.
Grace is a problem solver. She connects Warmilu to the right people to build strategy and infrastructure to share warmth. Having been born preterm, leading Warmilu is an opportunity to give back and transform lives with warmth. She is passionate about getting more young women into the STEM fields and breaking down typical engineering stereotypes. Grace has been with Warmilu since Day 1. Additionally, Grace is a passionate advocate for infant warming and infant healthcare because she was born one month preterm and survived thanks to the 11 days she spent in an incubator.
