Manager

Erin Donnelly is our global business development manager at Warmilu. When she is not at Warmilu, Erin works on public health and global health initiatives, including a nonprofit that she co-founded as CEO called NeoNest Global. Prior to Warmilu, Erin has had a history of being passionate about designing low-cost medical devices that make healthcare more effective, affordable, and accessible for all. With over six years of experience managing teams of over 40 people, she thrives on optimizing workflows and empowering team members to excel in their strengths domestically and abroad. Warmilu has welcomed her as a permanent addition to our team locally and virtually. Erin has grown in her roles at Warmilu, starting off as a graduate student intern from the University of Michigan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP) and transitioning to a successful Project Coordinator during 2023-2024. She has successfully managed virtual interns, MBAs, and BBAs working with Warmilu. Her successes led Erin straight to Warmilu’s global business development, partnership building, and strategic continuous improvement projects.

Her extensive background includes research and development, quality management, and verification and validation testing, particularly within ISO 13485 standards. I have a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!!). She uses her engineering and management experience to develop innovative teams and technologies that can significantly impact the healthcare landscape. Please feel free to connect with Erin to explore how we can collaborate to make a difference! In addition to her technical skills, she has honed her public speaking and group management abilities while teaching English in Osaka, Japan, where she engaged with students from 6 months to 80 years old.

On a personal note, Erin loves baking, woodworking, hiking, and traveling with her fiance and dog Harley.
